Competency to Stand Trial Evaluations
Competency to Stand Trial evaluations can be required by the Courts to determine what you may know – or not know – about the legal system. There can sometimes be significant delays in these reports being completed by a state agency. If you or your attorney are in need of an evaluation that is court-ordered and cannot afford to wait, we would love to hear from you!
Culpability Evaluations
Sometimes the Court will order a culpability evaluation; in other words, the court wants to know what your mental state was at the time of your alleged offense. Public Safety Officer Evaluations
When you enter law enforcement, you may be required to undergo a psychological evaluation for clearance, or if something has come up in the course of training or active duty, you may also be required to undergo a psychological evaluation. At Finding Your Way Psychological Services, we have clinicians who are trained to provide these types of evaluations to determine fitness-for-duty or psychological clearance.
